Return Policy: You can ask us for a refund or an exchange if:

1. Wrong item sent to you;

2. The item has quality problem;

3. You are not feel well with the item.

If you want to return an item, then it must be return within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition it was receive. You must contact us before return any items back. Any item return without pre-notice will be reject. Return items, shipping and handling by the buyer. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
